no pressure cap. I ordered a new cap. The problem was the mixture of the antifreeze. I had too much antifreeze and not enough water. drained it out and replaced with 50/50 and now runs perfect. I thank everyone for the help. Flatheads forever!!!!

Well I am going to paint them and see how they do. Not many good wheels left. Don't know if I could straighten them.

No the ones I found are without a flange. When you drive them in there is no way to remove them without separating the rear housing. The good thing there is enough room to install several of these. I put two in each side.

How much runout if any is allowed. My rims have .125 wobble.

Just some information. I am rebuilding a 40 Ford rear end. I found a seal that will press from the outside into the axle housing and seal in the rear end oil. It is a SKF 11050. I made the tool to drive it in.

I machined a piece of a cylinder rod and threaded it for the perch. I will place a piece of hardened rod inside so the pressure will be on the perch and not only on the threads when tightened down.
