I have seen this one - pretty neat job what they did to it!

I have spent an hour or two on the site and almost all are personal home garages - although I did see one 'commercial' type garage being redone to a workshop. I will keep looking as I have time.

I have been to the site before and quickly browsed thru it but it seems to focus more on personal garages than actual garages - I will spend a little more time this weekend on it. Thanks!

Actually - every penny is coming from my pocket (for now). I will most likely create Front Street Garage merchandise to help fund the restoration - I have Tshirts now that I DO NOT sell as I give them to folks on the route (or roadies as we call each other) who do things to help the route grow...

Update: It has been 2 years since I have purchased the building and a lot of progress has happened. I will be there in 2 weeks to do some more work on it but I am focusing on the facade and most of it is structural - so you will not see any of the work... yet! The original photo was taken in...

Understood BUT I cannot believe it would cost $100 per rim versus being anywhere closer to $30......

I had 17" full steel rims blasted and PC black (came out FANTASTIC) for $30 a rim..... and these were MUCH more work than the Model A rims....
