I recently bought a 29 sedan and need to rebuild the carb, but no name or tag on it. Can anyone tell me what carb I'm dealing with here?

OK. I cleaned up the area of the hole and got me a bolt that fit, then put a sealant on it and snugged it up. Put everything back together and took it for a ride. Not a drop of oil was found. Got lucky on that one. Thanks to all for your input. Couldn't make it without you. I feel really...

We just bought this 31 A coupe and noticed the oil at the lower end of the radiator. It doesn't appear that there's any oil leaks up front to cause this. Has anyone experienced this before?

Will the engine of a 31 Model A completely drain using the petcock at the front drivers side of the engine?

And we most likely won't do it again. When I found the motor, what you see is what was on it. So, we figured we'd just roll with it and make it work, with several adjustments of course. Next time it'll be different. We have six motors to play with (all 8ba's) and they aren't a mixture of years...

I'm curious what you mean by, "The oil fill and road draft are isolated"? They are somewhat close to each other.
