    Rear fender options

Wizards of the Ford Barn, I have a question. I have found a pair of 28-29 4 door rear fenders. Are these the same or different from the 2 door (tudor) of the same years? Thanks for all who respond. Randy

    28-29 Phaeton sub rails

I knew that it would not be 100%, but I have nothing. Reworking and adjusting is better then what I have. I am just happy that the sedan parts will be a great start. Thanks to all and happy Model A motoring! Randy

    Front spring help needed

You would be better of using a 32-36 front axle. It will give you a slight drop. You can get another inch drop by using a reverse eye main leaf spring. The HAMB goes into great detail on how to do this. Some guys are even using the mech. brakes with this set up. Just an idea. Charlie Stephens is...

    28-29 Phaeton sub rails

I just have the body panels. No sub rails. I wish that they were in bad shape, cause I would be doing just what you (wrndln) advised. I like your opinion, it is just not an option in this case. I also agree about the alignment issues. My roadster was a bear and still is in need of fine...

    28-29 Phaeton sub rails

I am in need of a set of full length sub rails for a 1928 Phaeton 35-A. Checked with Bratton's, but the person that I spoke with was unsure if the Tudor sub rails are correct. Can I use the Tudor sub rails? Thanks in advance. Randy

    NOS vs NORS

This is one of my major pet peeves. It seems simple, yet greed gets in the way. New-something is only new once. Old Stock-In orginal package, Replacement-non OEM made. It goes without saying that NOS is OEM only! A replacement part made by a different manufacturer for an antique car, no matter...

    Question for Larry Brumfield

Larry Is it required to run a thermostat with a Brumfield head? I was taught that one is need to keep a working temp. in a motor. I have seen excessive wear in modern motors that have been run cold, and was told that it was a result of not running a thermostat. I would be interested in hearing...
