It turned out to be oil at the base of the steering column. I did have a steering housing end plate with tube installed. Perhaps the gear box was overfilled. Cleaned it up and all is working again. Thanks Everybody, Tom B.

When I drive my '30 coupe on bumpy roads the doors have a tendency to pop open. Any solutions?

I'm attempting to install a windshield hinge gasket in my 1930 Ford. I've tried gluing the gasket to the hinge and the parts just won't adhere. I using a product by Loctite called "Stik'n Seal". Does anyone know of a better glue for this project or is there a whole different way of installing...

I'm replacing the glass in the windshield of my 1930 Tudor. I'm looking for suggestions for the best way to install the glass bedding, the hinge gasket, and the bottom & side frame gaskets. Should I apply glue or some kind of epoxy to the hinge to header screws when I reinstall the windshield?

I had a "B" block rebuilt with inserts at Antique Engine Rebuilding in Skokie, IL.. It gets noisey when the engine has been running for awhile. I wonder if anyone else has had the same experience.
