Am I correct that in order to install new windlace in my '29 business coupe I will need to drill the rivets out on the track on the door pillar? It looks like the windlace installs in the channel located there. Thanks Bob/KC

that tool starts at 1/14" o.d. which is much too large. Model A axle is 5/8" But thanks for trying!

Make sure you put the spark lever back up to start it.

The aspect ratio of the tire should be taken into account along with rim diameter as both will affect your final gearing. A taller sidewall vs. a shorter sidewall will make a difference.

Even if you don't install side curtains installing the sockets will fill the open holes and give the car a more finished look. I got mine from Bratton's along with the little tool to install 'em and they fit well and look good.

If you have oil on the clutch disc and flywheel there's a cheater fix to temporarily reduce or stop the chatter. Take the floor boards out and remover the inspection cover on the clutch housing. Then with the engine running, trans in neutral and park brake on push the clutch pedal to the floor...
