Not sure, I have had on my shelf for over sixty years. The back cover was replaced with a tin can that was soldered to the body.. Just decided to try and get it working. Can not read the plate that is in the horn.

The motor spins and I have turned the screw on the top. i want to use it on my Ardun flathead that is 12v. Could that be the problem, spinning to quickly?
