There is a plug on the side of the block right above the oil pump. I think this is the only place to hook up an oil pump.

Somebody sells reproduction cross members. It might be Snyder. There is one on the market that will lower the front end about an inch. I think lose u-bolts cause most of the damage. A piece of leather is suppose to be installed between the spring and the cross member.

The V8 60 is 137 cubic inches. The Model"A" engine is 200 cubic inches. The Model"A" engine has a lot of torque. You might want to look at Van Pelt web site. They list the specifications for flatheads.
