I had the same thing happen, my friend suggested draining all the antifreeze out, retorque and refill with H2O, not further issues, antifreeze has smaller molecules is what he said.

Model A's were assigned a serial number that was stamped on the engine when assembled, when the engine was mated with the frame, the engine number was stamped on the frame.

Did the exhaust clamp come with the saddle part? if it did you might consider sandwich it between the rubber part and axle housing...
