The accelerator works OK, The power valve holds suction, but has a fiber gasket and a metal washer. The parts book only shows one (I assume the fiber washer) there does not appear to be a radius at the bottom of the threads and it seems to seal OK could there be something wrong with the power...

I will try these suggestions, but would they cause the problem of no change in the speed of the engine and no change in the vacumm>

I have a WASCO timing device that was made in Essex Ontario Canada, but I do not have the instructions for its use and would like a copy if anyone has one. This device is similar and looks much like the KRW Timing Fixture, but there are some differences. I want to use it on a V12 Lincoln Zephyr.
