A couple of you wanted some pictures of my flathead. I designed and fabricated the efi myself. It is not a copy of someone elses work. It runs very nicely. It uses an Aussie EMS computer , four Harley Davidson coils and a pair of Ford festiva throttle bodies that open progressively.

The gears are in the ratio of 3.4 : 1. so the big gear on the radio tuning shaft would be 34t and small gear on cable would be 10 or close to that. From memory the radio only cost about 60 or 70 dollars. [/IMG]

Hi Steve I did it this way in my 36. I used a "Pyle" brand radio I found on ebay that still uses knobs for tuning and volume. It also has USB connection. I made a small gear reduction so that the full sweep of the Ford dial would match the sweep of the new radios dial. You could do it without...

I think the 35 and early 36 coupes had a fixed seat back, as does mine, but in Australia there are many things that are different from the US models. We have difficulty knowing what is correct and I believe there are no old records held by Ford as the a lot of records were wiped out in a factory...

Thanks TJ. Dons pictures show the ends of the board with holes covered with upholstery so I can't see if there are screws holding it to the upright pieces attached to the body. If there are screws there, it would make it impossible to remove the shelf without wrecking the upholstery. Are there...

Do the ends of the board with the holes get screwed to the wood uprights that go from the floor to under the quarter windows? Robert
