We are restoring a 1929 60C Leatherback Fordor. The gas tank really needs cleaning out. We have removed all the necessary hardware, but cannot get the tank to drop out of the filler neck in the solid cowl. The filler neck is stuck firmly in the hole in the cowl. What do we need to do too...
