Yep I read it. :) Do you have a radiator pressure checker? One that screws on where the cap goes to check a leak down? Seams like you have checked the things I would have checked also. Are you running a heater core? May or may not be relevant, just adding info to help solve the problem.

That was my thought also but he said he used the old water pump. THR1LL3R, can you see the coolant moving in the radiator? Could be a bad thermostat also.

I guess I should have been clear on that. I did buy the kit for the 41-48 Ford hood from Macs and I do have those. I either lost those two rubbers or those two do not come in that kit. I will assume that the ones in the RH corner of kit 11A-16761 are the correct ones.
