valve stem clogs when using counteract beads

I have used Brian's method wth one addition - I tap the valve stem as the beads flow in. I also use the special valve stem insert afterwards for tires with beads. I like Dynamic Balancing's stuff myself ....

Who Makes an Interior Package for a '34 3/W ?

I would shop around for a good auto upholstery shop. Ince found, have them tell tell how many yards you will need for the seat, interior panels, headliner, and anything else. Get the yardage from Classtique and have the upholstery shop do the work. It will not be cheap but it will be as close to...

    Source for 11” front drums(48-52 F1?)

Re: Source for 11” front drums(48-52 F1?) I use F-100 front brakes on my avatar with a self energizing kit from mid 60s Ford trucks. This was an "upgrade" to the early stock front Ford brakes. I do not use the esrly Fird brakes - better braking with the F-100 and better parts availability. The...

    1935 Pickup, door not opening

I had a similar problem in my 40 Pickup. But my door handle could unscrew from the outside. Once off I was able to hrind an old, large screwdriver to fit the square hole and jimmy it open. Once open you will have ti remove the window glass and riser ti get remove the door latch. Once out you can...

1941 Ford pickup. Oh no! I'm too big!

One final thought I have is to have swing pedals from underneath the dash, not through the floor. Kugel and others used to have after market setups. A combination of things said here might get be able to get some driving comfort by adjusting the swing if the pedals with a little slicing and...

1941 Ford pickup. Oh no! I'm too big!

I would use a 3rd seat out of an SUV - I particularly use the 3rd seat out of a Chevy Suburban and mount it slam up against the cab back wall. I also mount it with the front 3/4" higher. Also, perhaps a tilt wheel would give also give you more knee and torso clearance. You are never going to be...

    June 6, 1944. Operation Overlord.

Thank you - I will do that. Yes, he has been recorded, leads the Veterans Day parade here in the Burg every year and is quite the character. He is affectionally known as Lefty to all who know him. I could write volumes about him, his life, what he's done, and what he continues to do.

    June 6, 1944. Operation Overlord.

My Dad is 102 yr old one-armed amputee WWII vet and is still with. But not too many more remain I am afraid. They will be all gone all too soon - it is sad but if it weren't for them, we would not be here ..... their stories need to be told over and over again ....
