WTB: 26/27 turtledeck panel, below deck lid

I'm looking for a complete panel for below the deck lid on a 26/27 Runabout. Yes, I am aware that poor aftermarket skins are available. I'm looking for the inner structure more than anything. Thanks.

Model A engine, Model T frame, Model A axles.

Im gonna build a dirt racer or speedster style car out of some old junk. I got a T chassis for free from a club friend. I also have A axles and all the brake rods and pieces. When I loosely bolted the rear axle in the axle landed right in the hogs head. Aside from the width at the engine mounts...

    35/36 aftermarket tube shock mounts

Here are some photos after I cleaned it all up. They won't work on my car because of the angle I'm running the rods at. They will go to a fellow Ford Barn Member from CA to re-energize his motivation to complete his build. Hopefully this thread will help others out. 14658- R 14659- L

    35/36 aftermarket tube shock mounts

Well, after a year I finally stumbled upon what they are. My buddy Jay, who bought a set, had the picture in a thread he started a few years back. Ironic. It's a Houdaille tube shock conversion kit. :)

    35/36 aftermarket tube shock mounts

Thanks! Any idea who made them? I have not had a chance to see how they fit. I'm gonna soak them in vinegar for a few days and try to get them apart. If you happen to have any photos of how they mount that would be great. Beau

Spindle inclination- Ford F1 compared to Model A/Early ford

They do indeed work. (There might be 1 variation that doesn't and is rare). http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=690128

Spindle inclination- Ford F1 compared to Model A/Early ford

This is still a very foggy swap. Swapping 1948-1952 48-52 Ford F1 (not F100) spindles on a Model A axle. Same kingpin diameter. Some say yes. Others say no. Looks like it will work to me? What is your educated guess?
