@Ryan This upgrade is fantastic. Too bad we can't get our Model A's completely restored in 2-3 days. Excellent job. For anything, like al's 28/33 said, This IS THE PLACE to go for help and advice. It is Cars and Coffee every day here at the barn, too bad we don't have that campfire burning...

Try cranking with the plugs removed to see if the engine is tight due to the rebuild. But agreed with all that has been mentioned. Dave
