The difference is price….I own a brookville…much cheaper than original..if this roadster was 45-50k, I wouldn’t even have posted….but at 64k ( which I think is a great price for an original specieman) I need to know..

Anyone close to Morgan hills that could lay eyes on the car for me? I would compensate you for your time and gas (crazy prices)

I don’t know. They claim it’s original. So I guess it’s a mute point and I need to find another car. If anyone knows of an original roadster for sale please send my way. I have cash ready to go Sad thing is, I would buy the car, price depends on originality….

Well it looks like it has made its way in the site…. https://www.fordbarn.com/forum/showthread.php?t=310924

Exactly. I agree

Well it isn’t conclusive… here is what I think. Firewall, and doors are original. The body is aftermarket….I just wanted to triple check. I live in Georgia. Car is in Cali, not easy to verify shape :)

The firewall has the half moon ident, which shows to be original, but not sure of the other parts. My brookville cars firewall looks different. I am throughly confused :)

Thank you!! Any other info I can grab to help verify? You guys are awesome and very helpful. Very appreciative! Here are the doors

Thank you!! Makes total sense now

Thank you. I did search and found plenty of info!! Yes sir. It is on my list to buy!! My birthday is next Saturday and I sent the info to the wife for a present ;)

They claim it is real…hence why I am interested. I just need to verify. Very nice people and I do not believe anyone is trying to be dis honest. They are very straight forward and honest people. So please no one think the sellers are trying to deceive or lie. They are not. They have been open...

Very helpful l

Looks like it needs some items. I wouldn’t feel bad telling him.

Third gen has been great

This is very helpful.

Awesome

I am trying to PM but can’t. I agree. I can remove the VIN inappropriate

Is this VIN correct? This is on the frame. So frame might be original, but body we are unsure

Thank you. Any other pics I can grab for you to reconfirm. Just incase the car was modified? Thank you so much for your help. Also I truly not sure I understand the pockets and what you mean. But I take your word!! Thank you as I am learning.

Here are some pictures? Maybe these will help? The paper in the doors is cool, but anyone could place that in there. I really appreciate your help
