Hi all,
I have been working on A's since the mid seventies and I still find things that puzzle me.
I looked at a 30 Sport Coupe yesterday not a show car but a restored driver. My question is it says it's a 30 but has 31 front fenders and splash aprons. Is it possible that it was built like this...
I have a question. How can a part especially something that will be easily seen be listed as "mint" with some damage? My definition of mint would be as it was made and most likely never used.
You should be able to see where the spots are after you take all the nails out. They are on both sides of the metal header and are about half an inch long
The only cutting and rewelding is a very short section on each side of the metal header panel Cut carefully install the header, and when you go to weld put some steel behind the weld area to keep the heat from burning the wood. Weld in short bursts.
Looks like the piece that goes on top of front seat to tack upholstery to yes there is a rope like material in the center and yes it is a slant window part
Hi,
Looking for the strip that goes above windshield, and below header panel for a late 31 Vickki.Tried to upload pick but it didn't work, email me and I can send pic.
