    The Hamb

I'm on the Hamb too, and before I owned a Model A, I was mainly a hot rod guy. Once I'd got the A, I grew to love them in most forms, and I love what the barn is about. I don't come here to talk hot rods, I want to see what you all are doing with stock and restored Model As. I've hardly ever...

Ill bet you havent seen one of these....

A few years on, and the new owner has started a new business, so he decided to sell. I asked if he would give the new owner my details, so I can update thread. Just waiting to hear from him. I had trouble logging in, as its been some time, but I finally remember my log in details. So hopefully...

    A Neat Old Knock-Down

Sad to add that i sold this truck, but its in good hands. A young diesil mechanic now owns it, and has stripped it back to bare chassis. Hes planning on getting the woodwork in cab fixed, but put it on hold as he just brought a new home.

I could not sit idle, have a new project

Wow, great project. Im keen to do an A Speedster someday, and your "inline" style is a different approach. I like it, and look forward to watching your build. Ive also been keen on the water jet for making parts, but not sure if anyone down here has one. Ive seen them on some of those silly car...

Ill bet you havent seen one of these....

Well the old truck may belong to a new owner, but that dosent stop me keeping an eye on it. Its getting striped, blasted, painted, and put back together by a guy in his early twenties. Hes planning on keeping it stock, but hes also looking at building a Model A coupe hot rod. Heres some pics i...

    Hubley models?

I was asked to build one, and when i opened it, (Phaeton) There were two left sides of the body, and no right side. I checked on the model sites, only to be told Hubbly were finished. Shame i didnt find out Gabriel were remaking them. The quality was really bad anyway.

Any one ever taken there A off roading?

I often think about my little countrys old roads and early motoring. I guess back then, that sort of terrain was the norm, so nearly all use before the 50s was mostly off road. Now days, maybe we baby old cars more, but they can still cut it. I'll bet more than a few here have got their cars...

    1927 Model A Phaeton?

You are correct, Tom. Kevin had the painter throw a little black straight over top of the rust. As you can see, they did an ok job of the rear section, but looks like i'll be strippin the front, and doing it properly. Kevin tells me two nights ago, that hes keeping it now, so ive ordered strip...
