    it sounds different

Hello everibody ! Bonjour à tous ! My engine is now making a metallic noise that it didn't make before. I wonder if this noise is worrying. The engine seems to be running very well. Could the noise simply be coming from the exhaust manifold? This video after 1 minute cold start but the noise is...

    drum and hub assembly

Hello ! When I pulled off the rear hub in order to check key and bearing, it came in two parts. As you can see on photo. Do I need a press or something to re-assemble these two parts ? or can I put them back like this and the wheel will hold them together ? Thanks !

    overtight axle nuts

Hello everybody ! I'm really a newbie ! I checked again and realised that the axle was ok ! It was only the nut that was damaged ! I also discovered that the axle had been already modified in the past because it's a ø9/16. I realised that when I tried to put a new axle nut from original parts...

    oil leak rear main

A tube from an US supplier costs only a few dollars. But I have to pay 50 dollars for shipping, plus 7% import tax, plus 20% VAT. So If I need others things, it's better to think about them before ordering. I only work on my car on wednesdays. I will check tomorrow all the advice you gave me...

    oil leak rear main

I took another photo with total length of the tube. As you can see, the total length is 7 cm, what is less than 3 inches. Do you think the problem could be caused by a too short tube ? Thanks again

    oil leak rear main

Thanks everybody for yours words, I really appreciate. I do think that the marks on the crank are only stains of oil illuminated by the camera flash. I now attach a picture of the drain tube before I opened the rear main. What I understand in Benson's words is that my drain tube may be too...
