Was wandering around a small Colorado mining town in late sixties. Found and bought a 40 Willys coupe from and old couple, with intentions of coming back the next year to pick it up. (I lived in Texas at the time) . I never made it back.

Now own a 69 Fairlane 2 door HT V8 Auto that was parked in a barn about 25 years ago. I have been around cars for years, but this is my first attempt at reviving a car that has been sitting so long. Solicit your ideas on what I should or should not do before trying to fire it up.

Have an orignal 32 dash that I pulled out of my car in 1964! Perfect shape. Painted black about 10 years ago in order to hang on wall of man cave. Will trade for new Drake 40 deluxe grille. In Oklahoma Pics on request.

The door pins on my 40 tudor are rusted in place solid, and all attempts to remove them has not helped. I have heated the hinge and pins with a propane torch and then tried to drive them out from the bottom up, tried to drill them out but drills dull(I think the pin material is hardened)...
