Rounded up some headlights and bumper brackets. This car would have had painted headlight buckets originally, so I may end up painting them. I still need to find some old mounting hardware to replace the temporary shiny stuff. Would love to find an original commercial radiator cap out there...

Cool. Might be fun to figure out how early they were available and find an old radio to go with it. I'll have to do some research. Obviously, I won't do anything to compromise the woodie's originality, but the holes are already there, so what the heck.

I assumed spare tire at first, but the bracket only appears to attach to the frame and to two smaller holes near the front edge of the cowl.

Hello, all. I'm wondering what these holes are for? They are cleanly cut and appear original, yet I haven't seen them on other '32s. Please remember, I'm a novice . . . so if the answer is obvious, please shame me nicely :-)

I feel very grateful, for sure. Credit goes to the previous owner who had the wisdom to hang onto them. They are the guiding force to my decisions. Whatever part I'm sourcing or redoing will need to "look right" with those doors.
