I've been told that there isn't any printed flat rate for wiring/electrical. Is there anyone here who works on these enough to estimate some reasonable wiring flat rates?

I have a subscription to Mitchell/Ondemand5, but it doesn't go back to the 50's, unfortunately. Anyone have a flat rate manual, or know where one might find flat rates for a '50 Custom? I need the flat rate for wiring harness swapping. Thanks!
