'73 Mach I Rear disc brakes

Hello fellow Ford guys, My son just got a Q code '73 Mach I from his uncle. We have to go through all the running gear and brakes. My question is: Does anyone know if the rear disc brakes from a '91 Lincoln Town car will bolt up to a '73 9" rear end. I have a perfectly good Lincoln that won't...

How do you install a timing cover seal?

What's the trick to installing the 2 piece rope packing/seal in the timing cover and the oil pan on a model A? I've been told to cut it off flush with the cover and pan surfaces. I heard if I do this, it will shrink and leak. I've also heard to not cut it at all. If I don't cut it off, there's...
