When installing an Autolite heater I had to grind off some edges to make it fit properly. I thought standing on the heater would work just dandy . . . until the handheld grinder caught my jeans. Duhhhh!

After troubleshooting a recent short in the headlight circuit, and finding other wires dangling or connected by a single strand . . . I decided I'd rewire the whole beast. That said . . for those who have taken this train already. . . what would you do differently if you had to do it again...

The water pump on my car appears to be a little different than others. Just curious on this particular one if I started pumping grease into it, what should I expect. Ha. Is there a particular supplier for this type of water pump? Did it come off another car? Or a tractor?

My Model A has an air filter on the carburetor. I just went to Craigslist and found four different Model A's, of which 100% did not have an air filter. Is that the norm? Just curious . . . as usual. :eek:
