I found a V8 with stick shift transmission today the Number on the bell is BBP8-3625829 all of that is between the stars. I have search online but can't find any VIN list that give a number like this. Anyone know about it?

I searched the service bulletins and can't find an official Ford statement on when the oil pan clean out plate was eliminated. I know it is a 28 item but I wonder if it went into early 29. Has anyone figured it out?
