I recently purchased a carburetor off Amazon with the name Henkyo which looks like a clone of a Holly 94, is anybody familiar with these carbs.

On my Holly 94/59 which is on my 59a,I was having carb problems, so someone said take top off and fill float bowl with fuel and check in morning, as soon as I filled bowl started pouring out of the venturas until about half way and then lost no more fuel, is this normal??.Johna

Has anyone else used Speedways red 7mm solid core wire set(#91064235). I have them on my 239 flathead and not sure iI like them, have developed a miss somewhere, could be cap, rotor or spark plug wires, if you use them let me know how you like them, wire seems awful thin. Johna

did compression check on my 239, 59a everything seems ok coming out at 125 psi.but car will not start or idle, carb and fuel pump check out, poured gas down carb and backfire and smoke, timing or valves,give me your suggestions , condenser, coil, ran fine month ago ,sat then this ?? carb rebuilt...

How would I go about checking my fuel pump on my 59a 239. Not sure if putting out enough pressure, pump is not that old, supposed to have ethanol diaphragm etc etc, bought from ken Isidor couple years ago. Johna I do have vacuum gauge.

I can't seem to get my 239 flathead to idle plus developed a miss, carb and fuel pump either rebuilt or new, always have to pour gas down carb if car sits more than a couple days to get to start. John

I'm trying to remove shift levers on shift tube on my 48 ford car,I'M thinking I may have to remove steering wheel.any thoughts??:confused:
