Can the rear brake shoes and emergency brake be completly assembled on the backing plate and installed on the car? It looks like the brake actuating arm may not go thru the hole in the support arm. :confused:

Is the front bumper on a 28 model A suppose to be flat across the front? Mine is in about 3/4" in the middle. If flat, how would you straighten it? (put it on backwards & run into a tree):eek: Or should I just live with the bend!:)

On my 28 sport coupe. I had to purchase the rumble seat platform & the rumble seat inner curved panel. Is the inner curved panel mounted on top of the back edge of the platform, or at the bottom edge?

found an easy way to install the rain gutters on my 28 sport coupe. used 3m 1/2" wide double sided tape applied to mounting rail. holds it just right so you can nail it on. also provides a water tight seal between the base & the body. Was this a good idea, or has this been done before?:D

Installing the top on my 28 sport coupe. Is the top material mounted over or under the strip that the rain gutter attaches to? This is the strip that has the nail tabs sticking up. Then the door opening header strip with the rubber bumper fits over & under that.

Just installed the doors on my 28 sport coupe. The right door is approx. 1/2" to low at the rear. The left door is approx. 1/2" high at the rear and my middle hinge is binding. I have installed new over size pins. I had removed all body hinges. Is it possible that the middle hinge needs to be...

The bottom of the w/s that holds the rubber seal is about 3/4 rusted away. Is there a way to repair or replace the metal that holds the rubber seal or should I just cement the rubber in place. Any ideas or suggestions?

I finely found a 28/29 w/s frame thanks to the info from "wrndin". I have soaked the ends in evap-o-rust. Do i have to apply heat to remove the 4 screws or beat them to death? This does not look like an easy task or fun, and i do not need to go looking for another frame if i screw up!!!!!!!!!!:(
