In a issue of Hagerty drivers club mag. there is an article about the 32 ford stating that the 25 louver hood were on cars sold on the West coast while the 20 louver hoods were East coast. Is this accurate?

Does any one know the total length of a 32 ford passenger car steering shaft, measured from the end of the worm gear up. I measured a 34 shaft at 41 inches and was hoping they were the same length. Thanks, John ,

I have a 32 ford gas tank on my sedan, nice old lacquer paint. Problem is it has some rust inside. Is there anything I could flush the tank with to take care of the rust, didn't want to boil out the tank and ruin that old paint.

I've noticed at least two different styles of bumpers for the 32 passenger car, one with a large knuckle and one with a smaller one. The repops are of the smaller type, so is there anyway to tell an original?
