Just read an update thread over on Early V8 site, Roy Nacewicz hardware is now open for business as of today.

Opening & closing a hard to turn lower water pipe petcock while draining the radiator requires strength, coordination & a bit of contortionism. An easy solution is to clamp a small pair of Visegrips to the handle, makes it easy.
