    Tightness of the 2 radiator to frame bolts on my 31 Roadster

    Can anyone tell me the proper tightening of the 2 bottom radiator bolts to the frame. These 2 bolts have a coil spring, rubber pad, and castle nuts. Do the castle nuts go on top, or the bottom? Thank You, Stan
