The number on my block is CAR9323. According to the back of Les Andrew’s book I think the engine may have been built in January 1927. The car is titled as a 1931. Can someone please enlighten me. Thank you very much.

My 31 roadster has this radio. It lights up but doesn’t have any sound, yet! It’s got an antenna under the left fender then wires go to the antenna on the back. Can anyone tell me when this radio was made and anything about it? Thank you..

Another newbie question here. My model a is not ready for the road yet, I just bought it and discovered three of the four shocks aren’t even there. I know leaf spring suspensions have a lot of built in friction so I’m wondering how many people just leave the shocks off? Also what’s the best...

I just got a 31 roadster and I noticed it is 6 volt negative ground. I’ve read this is sometimes the case, it runs, starts fairly good. Should I just not worry about it and leave it alone?
