Working on the truck last night siphoned 4 gallons of really bad gas out of tank. How can i clean the tank and remove all the rust inside tank on the truck? the shutoff valve on the bottom of tank is frozen. Is it threaded into tank or brazed to tank. i dont want to break it off.

The truck I am working on is missing the round gas pedal. there is a threaded shaft sticking up. Where can I get a replacement gas pedal. It still works but need the round pedal????
