I installed it and it seems that the pulley Is out about three quarters of an inch further than the stock pulley. This causes an issue for the water pump and generator pullies. Does anybody have any advice on how to remedy this? Did I screw up somewhere?

I have a complete 32 axle under my 31 Roadster. 1) It seems that the arms on the brake actuators are angles inward making it difficult to hook up the rods. 2) The brake rods are about an inch too short - at 50 7/8". Does anyone sell a longer one? Anyone completed this project...
