    After 15 years of rebuilding, car is scheduled for a start up. When I made the final hookup of a new battery, to all new wiring, a big spark resulted. Is equiped with a shutoff switch next to starter motor, positive grounded. Where do I start to located problem?

    Oil in steering column holes

    Near the top of a 28 steering column are two holes, right and left, which appear to be an opportunity to oil both levers onthe column. Assuming this is accurate, what type/ weight oil is best?

    pressue washing gas tank

    Gas tank inspection shows a a samll amount of corrosion. Has been day for at least 40 years. Have had a recommendation to wash the tank with hot soap and water, dry and followed by rinsing with gasoline prior to hooking up to gas line and rebuilt carb. Thoughts?:rolleyes:
