I have a 46 Super deluxe with a 51 8BA engine. It has the original 3 blade fan (narrow pulley). Im in Texas, I think I know the answer, ......is it worth the expense to go with a 4 blade or more? Checking eBay, a decent one is at least 220.00 and up.

8BA with sediment bowl and mechanical fuel pump. I noticed when running, there is turbulence in the sediment bowl. Seems like that's not right. Also had to prime carburetor to get it to start only after about 4-5 days. Rebuilt Holley 94, runs fine after priming. Not sure how old the pump...
