hello i have a 64 galaxie with a 427 and top loader 4 speed in it and i'm trying to put the correct parts on it , i put a 427 equalizer bar ,and a 427 clutch fork rod ,8" long ,but the clutch rod is about 1 1/2"inches longer than the clutch .fork I was wondering if i have the wrong clutch...
