This may have been covered before, but my search didn't get what I need Any recommendations (maybe a tool/jig?) for bending the zinc outside running board strip? I don't wanna mess up those shiny, straight repros. This is late '30 commercial, no rivets. Thanks so much for any suggestions.

Hi there, old lurker but new with the forums. I have a late '30 deluxe sedan delivery that I'm finishing up. Discovered two holes about 3 and 1/4" apart in the passenger kick plate below the Ford script zinc strip. (see photo, sorry about the glare). I have no idea what went there, and wondered...
