the seat back upholstery is drying out and cracking in several places. The cracks have not split open yet so I'm hoping somebody has a remedy? I think its Le Baron/B vinyl not leather. Is there something I can treat it with to soften it up and stop the drying out of the material? Thanks!

After a year of an attitude of, "I don't feel like doing this or that, specifically working on the "A", I installed a set of Stipe shocks this morning and went for a spin. I set the fronts at 1-1/8 turns out and rears to 1/4 turn out. WOW! What a difference in ride! Thank you and many kudos...

Is there any reason to not install the intake and exhaust manifold prior to installing the motor? My rigging consists of using a couple old spark plug bodies placed into the manifold. For that matter, can the starter be installed too? Thanks!

I could use a few photos showing the vacumm motor and an installed photo on the windshield. I have all the plumbing done, I'm thinking I may have the wrong motor for an open roadster car since the motor ears are not cooperating for mounting. It looks like the shaft should go through the frame...
