Anyone running a four barrel carbureator on a 53 flathead? I am thinking about removing my two 97's and installing a four barrel .

Does anyone know where I can purchase a noise supression wire that goes between the coil wire an distributor cap?This is for a 53 flathead .I got a lot of noise on my radio .Nothing I have tried so far has worked .

I have heard two different stories regarding the removal of stats during hot weather .Will removing stats cool down the temp or make it higher ?Let's hear some thoughts on this topic.I talking about engine temperature ,not outside temperature,lol

I have a 6 vlt.radio and I want to see if it works.Don't have any 6 vlt. batteries ,but have a 6 vlt. charger .Ouestion.....Can I hook the positive cable to the hot wire of the radio and the other cable to the ground wire on the radio? Might be a stupid question but I was always told stupid...
