My new 26 T Roadster came with a 12v battery, positive ground. I changed it back to negative ground and went through the wiring, things did not match the T schematic. I just bought a '26 T Roadster the other day and it runs great on battery but misses on the mag. RPM doesn't matter, it misses the same. It's set up with a 12v pos ground. The wiring is suspect so I'll run through it to see what's been done. My TT has a distributor so I'm new to the mag game...

How much help are steering stabilizers in preventing wobble? Are they worth the money in safety improvements? I'm thinking of putting one on my '25 TT. Ideas? PK

I see you can get halogen bulbs for 6v lights. I am fitting a stop light on my TT and would like a very bright light for stop. Lang's has a 50 watt single pin in 6v. Would this be bright enough? Comments? Thanks PK

While looking at tractors over at my neighbors folks place, I spotted what looks like a T differential worm gear with bearings and sleeves. It was in a wood box and looks to be covered in cosmoline. How can I ID this part and what is it worth? Thanks for any help. PK

The hood on my new 25 TT does not fit right. It's tight on top front and back but at the bottom the rear is about a 1/2" off toward the front. In other words I can see the web at the rear but not the front. How do you get the proper alignment?
