    Leaking gas filler tube on 35

    I installed a new lead washer on my 35 gas filler tube but it still leaks. Is there a good sealant that I can put on the lead washer to keep it from leaking? I cleaned all the threads real good so I know it’s not because of that and got good leverage on the wrench for a tight fit, I know...

    Transmission prices

    I’m really surprise at how cheap 33/36 transmissions sell for. Several good used ones on ebay went from $300.00 to $350.00. Is it just because they seldom wear out or break down. After all, these are 70 plus year old units and you would think they would be getting hard to find.
