On a 1929 coupe with oval speedometer----- Can the speedometer cable be pulled out at the bottom without loosening or damaging any thing at top end and then be reinstalled after cleaning and oiling? Les Andrews book is pretty silent about cables. Joe

Hello, I have rebuilt and installed my 1929 7 tooth steering column and when the light switch is off it is in the 9 oclock position, What do I do to get it back in the 6 oclock position as it was before rebuild ?
