Horizontal windshield wipers

I friend of mine gave me a trico twin blade visional wiper system.
Does anybody know how they work? Its a large tube type vacum motor with rollers that fits under the visor that sweep the wipers across the windshield left to right like a curtin.
Will it fit on a 1930 Model A Coupe?
Its missing the wiper arms and blades. where can I get them.
Any information would be very helpful.

The kits were probably model specific. There are "looking for" ads on HCCA, Model T and FakeBook sites for the same parts.

I would like to know more information about it.
I would like to try and make it work on my car but i need the wiper arms and wipers.

Such a rare system and people looking for the same stuff tells me you'll need to hone your engineering and fabrication skills if you want it to work. I found very little info searching. There is limited number of ad images but nothing technical.
