Rear axle suggestions

Hey guys- going to look at a 52 Ford parts car next weekend. It has no rear axle and the seller for some reason doesn't have the original unit. If I buy it I have to move it, which is tough with only 2 wheels. anyone know of a rear that will bolt in easilly? I was thinking the sticky on the old HAMB group had something about a rear end swap. Ford Ranger maybe? Not looking for a forever axle per se, just something that will bolt in long enough to move it around. Thanks.

Only the stocker is a bolt-in, a 1957-59 Ford Car 9" will bolt in too but those will cost big bucks and hard to find these days. Might want to a rent trailer for a parts car.

Another that is supposed to be a bolt is the 65-66 Mustang 8 inch

thanks guys. yeah, we can use my buddies car trailer to pick it up, just concerned about damaging his trailer and also getting it unloaded. I considered pulling the rear out of my 54 project but it seemed like a lot of extra work. I heard the early mustang was a close fit; been keeping an eye open here locally for a cheap one. The guy had started the process of converting it to an LS motor and narrowed rear to run wider tires (kind of odd for a 4 door, but whatever). anyhow the original rear is gone.Might not even buy it but it's a decent old car overall and the seller is very motivated.I'll keep you updated.
