Cooling

@ Ajracing9, I don't know if you noticed in the picture where I had to remove some of the splash shield to be able to move the condenser and radiator back. When I originally installed the ac, I had to remove some of the splash shield to be able to install the condenser. I didn't do anything to the latch shield so the latches work as they should. Hope that helps.

These are the last details that enhanced the cooling along with the larger radiator.

This gap between the condenser and the radiator need to be blocked to improve the air flow through the radiator. Y'all may have been aware of this but I didn't realize how much it improved the air flow. I made these panels to block the gaps.

I finished my fan shroud and have it installed.

I took it out and did a creep test. I went to a side street, turned the ac on and drove about a mile as slow as I could. I had to hold the brake to be able to just creep along. I was trying to duplicate the parade I drove in earlier this year. During the parade without running the ac my temp was approaching 220. During my test creep drive I was running 185 degrees.
