I havent done that , but i did put a 904 mopar automatic trans behind my original 4 cyl engine.

If you want to make something child proof just put it in a filing cabinet. Seriously I teach middle school and sadly about 8 out of 10 kids can't seem to figure out how to open a file cabinet drawer.

I got the rear seat out of my edsel. Now I am working on getting the trunk lock to work. Both of the door locks work but not the trunk. I removed the whole pot metal trunk lock bezel. I see Macs sells new lock cylinders. How does the cylinder come out of the pot metal bezel? thanks.

Does anyone know how to remove the rear seat out of a 58 Edsel? I removed the bottom of the seat. I also took out 2 bolts from the bottom of the back part of the seat. The back part comes forward at the bottom but is still attached at the top somehow. I though it would just pull down? Any help...

I don't know what the specs are on the converter but it has a a pilot dia. of 1.81, it has 122 tooth ring gear and it is a 27 spline non lock up converter. The trans is from a 1968 or later 225 slant 6 engine. As far as the rear ratio I don't really know I assume it is the stock 31 pickup rear...
