The crane is usable, you can raise and lower the boom manualy by changing the support rods into different holes.

SHELL and BP are top tier fuels accrording to GM. Really nothing, it has a strong detergent additive, it will clean the carb, valves etc. John G

All; Has anyone purchased and installed the repro steel radius ball from Mike's. You have to cut your old one off and drill and weld the new one on. Looking for reviews. thanks John G

The tire sidewall says max inflation is 80 psi., now considering that the tires had 20 psi in them, it rides great with 35 psi, I do not want to chance over inflating and start getting un even tire wear. John G

All; Today, I adjusted the front wheel bearings on the 1931 AA, along with the drag link and aired up all the tires to 35 psi. No more wobble!!. I do want to rebuild the steering linkage. Will the A parts (tie rod, tie rod ends, steering arms, drag link) work on the AA. Thanks John G

Thanks for the input. So I make the adjustment on the rod that goes from the lever to the cross shaft or make the adjustment on the rod from the drum to the cross shaft. The operation of the brake handle is fine.

All; Am I missing something, I have checked my manuals and I cannot find if there is an adjustment for the emergency brake. The reason I ask, is it holds on a level surface but not on an incline. please advise. John G

I had this happen on my Model AA truck yesterday. The truck had been sitting for awhile. The front brakes had not fully released, after several stops from 10 miles per hour, the brakes "loosened up" and the probelm went away. Also it took a couple of miles for the flat spots to even out on the...
