Sounds like you had the opposite of a total dead short, you had an open circuit.

    Manifold Cooker

Tom, do not expect quick results from the cooker. It takes a good drive to completely cook a meal. My wife and myself have used one, but like I said, it is slow.

    Langs Annual cookout and tour

To drive from Texas is a bit too far but the Brewing Co stop sure would be tempting. I will have to wait until Hershey swap meet to visit with the Langs.

    Neighbor's Model T

Engine is an earlier engine, but a 1910 did not have a cover over the valve stems.

Mid Atlantic Pre War Swap Meet

Cars had ring and pinion rear ends, TT trucks had worm drive rear ends with the drive shaft entering the top of the rear end.

    Need help!

I have a 1923 touring that looks a lot like the 1924 in the picture. Mine is also red without a top. I used to call it my "Beer Drinking Car"/ Courting car and I have had it about 45 years. It still runs and I have a lot of good memories. Later years I spend many a weekend hauling my two young...

what's better wood or wire wheels?

Wire wheels seem to be totally maintenance free. Wood spokes sometime get loose and can be tightened fairly easily. If wood spokes do get loose, do not continue to drive as they will continue to get more and more loose until they become dangerous. When on tour, I make a point of checking all...

    Brought Home a 22 Touring

Some time in mid 1923 the tall radiator was introduced Also in early 1923 the metal fire wall was introduced and latter in the year it was tall and wider to go with the taller radiator. (The smaller firewall is somewhat rare as it was only produced for about a half year)

Model T Snowmobile Kit, Tracks and Skis for sale

If I knew we will get snow in the next 10 years or less, I would be interested. With my luck, I would not get to use the snow mobile ever. (Old age is slowing me up a lot)

    Model T spinners?

Steve, just looking at them, I can not tell what is forward or backward. I like accessories that look different and I am sure I would put them on one of my cars if they were mine. (Maybe a little clean up first)

    32 model BB (4 cyl)

1932BB, I was just wondering if there are some BB trucks still being restored. At this time, pictures are next to impossible as the truck is in a corner of the garage and darn near covered with parts etc. Yes, if I do decide to restore, the engine will be totally taken apart as I stated above...

    32 model BB (4 cyl)

I mostly do model T and TT vehicles and post on the T section. I have a 32 BB wood bed truck that I parked in a dry garage in 1958 (was My dad's truck) I am sure the engine will need a total overhaul as Dad used the truck till it was totally worn out. Is anybody running any like the above...
