I realize this is an old thread, but I have one radiator that has no baffle. The upper neck is extended down below the level of the inlet. I can see the cores. It works so well, I wish all my cars had it.

A set of hole punches comes in handy for this and many other uses, such as if you need to make a gasket.

My Bearing packer is self contained, when done with it, I put the lid on, wipe it off and put it away. Does a quick and easy job, much easier.

Sometimes the jets aren't properly seated. Some jet sockets can bind with the casting and it feels like it is seated but its not. Double check.

I believe the package tray was painted black, prior to installation, Then it is hidden by the upholstery.

I'm Not sure why everyone uses Pills. In the few instances where I would need one, such as a pin too short, I just weld on top the end of the pin. and grind it down to fit the Wedge.

I ordered from them last week, they are almost local for me. They do almost everything online now that Peninsula Glass owns them. Some suppliers such as Berts offers cut glass. Depends on where you are and the freight.

The old glass shops that cut glass are getting rare. The last one in Central Oregon closed about a year ago.
